SOCO Luxury Oceanfront estate was more than the description & pictures speak of. It was more than enough room. There were four families in the home and we were able to have our own privacy. The location is close to everything. The host was very responsive. Beautiful home & well worth the price. I couldn’t think of a better place to spend Thanksgiving! #socoRocks!

Fantastic House and Location
My family of 15 thoroughly enjoyed staying at the SOCO home. Too many great things to mention about the home. However the two best activities with the grand kids were watching pirate movies in the theater room and fun in the pool.

Great place to stay for large families. Plenty of room, great kitchen to cook in and bedrooms are large. Our family had a great time around the pool area.

Kees is a first-rate management outfit. If there is a problem, they will fix it quickly and professionally. And they have a wealth of properties to choose from.

We gathered with extended family for the first time and it was a beautiful space to be in! Everything from the amazing kitchen to the wonderful pool meant we ate well and rested well! Plenty of space for us all to spread out and also rooms big enough for us all to gather in. Being steps from the beach…it doesn’t get much better than this!

We have never been to Nags Head/OBX area before but we wanted a beautiful a d relaxing atmosphere for our large family vacation and we definitely received it!! The house was absolutely fantastic and we'll be back!

This home is the PERFECT beach getaway. We had an amazing girls weekend here! The kitchen is ideal for lots of cooking and entertaining. You cannot beat the backyard pool setup and beach front access.

We stayed for a few days in March at the SOCO house (this was also our first time in the OBX). We loved the location of the house! The views are amazing, especially at sunset! The house is so tall that you can see the sound side as well as the ocean! It would be a fun summer place with lots of people by the pool, hot tub, big outside bar, deck and the beach is right there. The bathrooms were clean and they even provided towels and washcloths. The elevator was fun to use! We had great communication with Kees and it was easy to check in.

SOCO Property
The house was really perfect for our needs. Loved all the bathrooms! If it were my property I would need to get carpets cleaned in areas that are stained. The sectional sofa should be cleaned or replaced - lots of stains. But none of that took away from our stay and watching the ocean all day from the upper great room was magical!

Stunning!
My bridal party and I stayed here for my wedding this past weekend. It was great we were able to book with a flexible day range of Thursday - Monday. We were instantly sold on the beautiful pictures of the home and it did not disappoint. The home is exactly as it pictures. We had 8 couples and it was fantastic that every couple had their own room and bathroom. Location was great. Outdoor space was fantastic. No complaints here, would totally come back!

Fantastic vacation spot!
We had 14 adults and 5 kids 4 years of age and younger at the house and never felt cramped. The layout of the house is amazing and size of rooms more than adequate. We were impressed by the pics on the website but the house surpassed our expectations when we arrived. We had a fabulous time. The location was ideal and Nags Head has grocery stores and anything else you might want need in close proximity. we had no issues with traffic. This was a fantastic vacation spot!

Great Stay
Our first time to stay in Nags Head and it was wonderful. House is clean, new and beautifully decorated. Staff changed towels and did trash cans. The pool is set up perfectly if you have little ones and big enough for all to enjoy. Loved all the master bedrooms with baths...lots of privacy. We used the theater to play our charade games even though there is plenty of space in the great room. Lots of fun. Close to everything! Will book again!

Wonderful long weekend stay for 7 couples
The house has so many amenities it’s hard to pick a favorite. But the upstairs kitchen/great room is the BEST layout we’ve seen in a long time. Location was perfect for our needs (2 blocks from the First Colony Inn and the wedding venue). Easy walk to the outlets, brunch spots and bars. Will definitely look into returning again.

Wonderful time
We had a wonderful time at SOCO! Well maintained property and when we had a problem with the grill, they replaced the next day with a brand new one. Property is as advertised.
