Imagine drinking your morning coffee in a comfortable Adirondack chair and watching the waves rolling in and out while listening to their constant rhythm. You can almost feel the mist on your face as the ocean casts its calming spell on you. The day stretches out before you as you create another perfect vacation on the Outer Banks.
Wave Watcher at Sand Castle Village in Kill Devil Hills is just waiting to give you that incredible experience. A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located directly on the oceanfront, this vacation property boasts unique coastal decor, soothing colors and comfortable furniture.
As you awake in the Queen En Suite, the first sight upon opening your eyes is the incredible aquamarine water of the Atlantic Ocean. Step out onto your private deck through the sliding glass door to admire Mother Nature in all her glory. The second bedroom features a duo bunk. Two full baths provide an extra measure of privacy.
The great room features cozy furniture, a hand-painted seashell-themed coffee table and a flat screen TV. The whimsical pub-style dining table boasts colorful paint in different colors. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The oceanfront deck is sizeable and features plenty of seating with the most wonderful vantage point to take advantage of your stunning views.
The community of Sand Castle Village provides a pool, park-style grill and dedicated beach path.
The ocean and the sunrises are calling you to Wave Watcher. Can't you hear them??
This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

The Wave Watcher at Sandcastle Village was perfect for my family. The proximity to the beach and the pool was great for us. We were at a great location to enjoy the monuments, and other activities that the Outer Banks had to offer. My daughters loved the bunk beds, and we loved that the master bedroom had such a beautiful view of the beach. We had a great time at Wave Watcher at Sand Castle Village. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and very stylish. It is a perfect location to enjoy the ocean. I especially loved the porch and enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee while watching the amazing sunrise. I would absolutely recommend to stay there. Kee’s was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.

You cannot beat the view and all the amenities offered in this condo! We watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony and it was glorious! Amazing location close to everything! Easiest check in and check out ever!
