Awesome First Visit!
This was our family's first to the Outer Banks and we could not be happier with our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. They provided us with small house necessities such as washer and dishwasher pods, olive oil, dish sponges, extra linens etc. Check in was easy and convenient. The best part for us was the location. Close to the beach and major attractions of the OBX. Definitely a must to consider when visiting. We had a great time!

A great house tucked in the back of the neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much that the week flew by. The house was well appointed, clean and easy to settle into. There are alot of stairs but it was fine overall. Any issues, Kees responded to promptly. We actually had no big issues but they checked in frequent enough. The community is pet friendly and I did like the location. I strongly recommend this property.

This place was PERFECT!
The house is huge, clean and close to everything. It’s off of the ocean, but with the free parking lots in the area, you’re good to go. Minimal basics so make sure you bring TP, dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry soap, paper towels, etc… Check in was effortless and we had no issues during our stay. It’s managed by a property group, so expect automated messages and not so timely responses.

Great location and condo!
We really enjoyed our time at this rental property, check-in was a smooth process, and we enjoyed the amenities that came with the rental. Highly recommend renting this place and it's location is close enough to everything but yet tucked away from the busy roads

Girls Weekend Getaway
We went for a long weekend getaway with moms and daughters. Having the fourth floor room made for a perfect kids room. They had their space but weren’t too far away so we could keep an eye on them. The drive to the beach was short and we were able to find public access parking pretty easy. The kids loved the pool after a day at the beach as an easy cool down before returning to the house at night. We could walk or drive to the pool. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

OBX vacay
Property was in perfect location for all our needs. Spend a lot of time at the beach and the water park located at the resort. Super cute kitchen and rooms. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but we will be back.

AWESOME Christmas!
This house has EVERYTHING! Tons of room on main living level. Big kitchen with great island! Every kitchen appliance/gadget you could ever need. Nice eating area. Two king bedrooms with their own large bath. Great sitting area on the first floor. Location is perfect. We've stayed in this area during the summer also and it is close to the beach, Wright Brothers Memorial and great walking trails. We've been visiting the OBX for over 30 years and will definitely come back to this house!

Beautiful Home/ Great Location
This is the first time that I’ve stayed in Kill Devil Hills, and me and my family loved it! The home is within 10 minutes from anywhere you would want to go or see. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I would recommend bringing handsoap for the bathrooms and kitchen and an extra roll of paper towels in addition your personal toiletries and such. The property management team was very communicative and responsive. They also had a couple baby gates and a booster seat available if you have little ones that require a few extra helpful amenities, like I did; I was really excited to find these unexpected “extras”. Overall, I will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone looking a beach home away from home.

Coral Cove is a wonderful property. Very clean and well furnished. We stayed with family including grandchildren ages 3 & 5. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and the community pool was perfect for them. I highly recommend this property and location.

Great Toddler Location
We stay at Coral Cove with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The kids are 3 and 5. The location of this home was fantastic; easy access to the beach and the community pool was perfect for non-beach days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

MDW Trip

A restful getaway
A well-stocked kitchen, open spaces, clean-- wonderful, restful getaway. Near a running trails and grocery stores, etc. for easy accessibility. Our only recommendation would be to improve the soap/shampoo dispensers-- we found them not well functioning. Also dish soap! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was newly renovated and had most of your kitchen essentials. Very easy drive to beach access and community pool was amazing for small children. Would recommend bringing baby gates if there are toddlers staying.

We had a great time on our vacation. The home was very nice and located a short drive to the beach. The community pool was amazing and was a short walk from the house.
We had a couple minor issues during our stay and messaged the host via the app. They responded immediately each time and took care of the issues without any problem. I definitely would stay here in the future.

This was a great pick with amenities that our children enjoyed very much! The pool and slide were perfect and they got to meet and play with other children. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were perfect.
Kees staff had great communication and customer service. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, the place was outstanding and better than expected. The place is very spacious with high ceilings and we were very comfortable. We have two kids and the space was great for them to run around. The deck off the kitchen is a great size and the hot tub on the lower level was definitely a hit. The location was great and close to everything. One great surprise was access to a 5-mile running/bike path right off the property that goes through a great neighborhood along the bay. My wife and I are runners and were able to enjoy it once we found it.
The 4pm check in is later than most, especially when you have a 10am check out. The property description says the 10am check out is to allow thorough cleaning, but that wasn’t the case for us. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the patio with hot tub had trash on it. Not a big deal at all—again, just annoying when you balance out a 10am check out and justify it for cleaning.
Highly recommend the property, especially if you have kids. The property management checked in with us as soon as we arrived and were responsive and receptive to feedback. We would book here again in the future should we return to OBX.

We would definitely stay here again. The space is perfect for couples or a group as each bedroom has its own bathroom. We also loved the large kitchen and 2 big outdoor patios. Very clean!

Lovely townhome, very clean, and comfortable space ! Perfect for our family of 5. We all enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt and efficient communication with the owner. A bit of a hike to the beach, so we drove to the beach, and had no problem finding a parking spot. Love Kill Devil Hills area, and enjoyed our stay at this lovely home!

A lovely home within walking distance to the Wright Brother's Monument. We walked there each morning! The beach is about a mile, but with all our gear, we chose to drive. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and a half bath on the main floor, which was very nice. I was surprised as to how well the kitchen was stocked. Lots of pots and pans, plenty of plates and silverware, a blender, drip coffee maker, keurig, and even crab cracking tools. I was also expecting a community grill, but it is right next to the hot tub on the ground floor!
