The place was exactly as pictured. Kees gave excellent instructions and helpful guide to the area. The location was very good for shopping, eating, and it was a straight shot to beach parking. One could bike easily..sidewalks all the way to the beach.

Great location and lovely property in a nice neighborhood with plenty of space for our family. Loved the hot tub, game area, and community pool. Plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby plus easy beach access a short drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Place looks just like pictures! It was close to the beach (drivable) and restaurants. The pool and splash pad were awesome for small children. Very family friendly place to stay. Will stay here again!

Kee’s Vacation’s in OBX was the best place my family & I stayed at. Best location for restaurants, shops and beaches. Best of all they accommodate pets. Very kind, responsive and caring for their guests needs. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

The townhouse was beautiful and had a full array of nice kitchen supplies (Ninja, Cuisinart, Keurig, etc), more than any beach home I've seen! One issue we had with the property was that the grill was not properly cleaned. My dad made burgers one night and the grease from the inside of the grill caught fire. Thankfully, we were able to put it out, but we did not use the grill from then on. Otherwise, very nice home!

KEES Vacations was excellent to work with! Great communication and property was exactly as described. Everything was done through email and text, they checked in on us and offered any help we may need for the area and was quick to respond to questions. Digital locks and our property was practically new so we didn't have any issues. Easy check in and out. We visit OBX every year and will definitely use KEES again.

This was a lovely home, beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the arcade machine and the kitchen in particular. The water park was great for our grandkids. It was in a great location and allowed quick access to the beach. The four story steps was the only drawback for an older person. But, I would definitely stay here again!

The place was beyond expectations. It felt like home from the beginning. I specifically chose this place because of the arcade game - I traveled with my two teens, mother, and aunt. My aunt and youngest were playing that game from morning to night! Such a great addition - we did not use the hot tub but we didn’t need to. The house was perfect for our needs. FYI there’s 4 stories so keep that in mind for anyone not as able bodied. The first floor has the game room and entrance from the garage, the second floor is the living room and kitchen, the third floor has two bedrooms, and the fourth floor is solely a bedroom with 2 beds. I didn’t mind the stairs but my mother has trouble with her knee and she did not like the stairs. Not a deal breaker for me but again just be mindful for who you are bringing. Otherwise the location was perfect to groceries and less than a mile from the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

absolutely beautiful townhouse with everything we needed and more. very restful, couldn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. the community pool was super kid friendly. only negative for the location is that you can't walk to the beach, but there was access and parking not far away. the rental staff were very responsive and helpful. Will be back!

We loved the home...so well appointed. The home was brand new and we loved all the interior finishes chosen for the home. Loved the kitchen layout for cooking some nice famliy meals. It was enough room for our whole family to spread out and more. There were a few hiccups with checkin but Kees replied quickly to our issues and resolved them quickly. I am sure they will iron out those issues for any future guests. The home was in a great location just a quick 3 minute drive to the beach access of the lovely Kill Devil Hills lifeguarded beach! Also sonclose to one of our favorite places Jockey Ridge sand dunes (it was like being at the Sahara desert with gorgeous sunsets) and the historocal Wright Brothers monument and park. Close by to good grocery stores and restaurants too. Great place to stay and make some great family vacation memories!
