This stay was amazing and we will likely look to book next summer, we are local to Virginia Beach so the outer banks are in our back yard but one of our favorite beaches. The condo was immaculate, kees was responsive to anything we needed, and the zero entry community pool was fantastic for our youngest who is 2. Accomodations were great for our large family and the very short drive to beach and also the fantastic placement to all major grocery stores makes this place a win on all levels, will definitely book again.

Great place to stay at Kill Devil Hills! Just behind the Wright Brothers memorial. Main street in front of neighborhood leads directly to ocean access with parking which is the only handicap accessible point. Location is close to many restaurants like Captain George’s buffet, Miller’s and Henry’s, activities and grocery stores. The home is brand new! kitchen has all items needed including new powerful blender and two coffee makers (traditional and Keurig pods). There are still a few homes being finished. All bedrooms have own bathrooms and TVs; very comfortable. There are 4 floors total each with its own thermostat for comfort adjustment. Garage made it easy to store all beach equipment as well and home includes an additional parking space. Pool has a zero access ramp and is great for kids of all ages including water slide, lazy river and fountains. Highly recommend!

I property is a collection of relatively new condos in a community. Ours was adequately furnished and provided the privacy we needed for our family by having one common area and two levels for bedrooms. The ground floor had a garage and a family room with a vdieo game machine and TV. Outside the sliding doors was a fully operational hot tub and a brand new gas grill. It was a short walk to a recreational area that included a lazy river leading in a pool and a splash pad.
