Easy access, spacious apartment which was well equipped. Balcony looks out to beach and sea Kitchen had all the essentials, good dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and Kees Vacations provide a small cleaning products pack which was handy Apartment was very clean as well as bed linen and provided towels

Overall we really had a great stay. I had read from other reviews about how “thin” the walls are and thought they were likely exaggerating but we heard literally every step of the people above us. We could hear them talking and even heard them snoring at night! Obviously it’s not something that can be fixed but next time we would try to get a room on the top floor for this reason.
We honestly had a great time and would definitely consider coming back if we come to the area again! The location, view, pool, and beach were amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at A Beach Escape at Admirals View III. My only negative comments are that the unit advertises that it sleeps four people, which it does. However, the balcony only has 3 chairs. We love spending a lot of time on the balcony as a group and only having 3 chairs made this difficult. The other comment pertains to the luggage lift that does not seem to be available to renters, only owners. When having to walk up multiple flights of stairs, the luggage lift would be a welcome addition for renters to be able to use.

We loved our stay at this unit! Ice in the freezer, plenty of clean towels (there were 3 of us staying 2 nights) X- pillows in master bed closet. SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH! if you are traveling with a family member with mobility issues there is NO elevator you are solid stomping up 40 stairs up and down not to mention the sand to and from the beach. Able body humans will do just fine! The unit was clean, comfortable working AC plenty of channels to choose from on every TV. The cabinets were fully stocked as far as tall pots, frying pans, lids plastic cups, and glass cups. They supply you with one small hand washing dish soap, a scubby pad, 2 dish washer blocks. NO LAUNDRY on site we could find. There is a hose and a shower to clean sand off from the beach, which all work wonderfully. Trash reciprocal is located at the right of entrance! Great water pressure! Sand follows you from the beach. Sweeping is a necessity in the main entrance every day.. broom provided! Thank you so much!

Very clean place with tons of kitchen amenities, great view, and a lovely pool. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you will hear everything above you, even people walking normally, so bring earplugs! Your vacation experience will greatly depend on your neighbors.

Perfect Location
Fantastic location. Condo was clean and well appointed. I can’t believe there was a crock pot! Beds were comfortable. Bring extra pillows. One thing I will mention (no fault of owner or Kees) the walls and floors are thin. You hear conversations next door and upstairs at all hours.

This was a nicely furnished ocean front unit in an area that is close to stores and restaurants. The only caution is that you should be aware that there are a lot of stairs if that is a limitation. The grounds and pool were well- maintained and had adequate parking.

This condo was in a great location and nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal with the exception of a large steamer pot for crabs, oysters, etc. Everything was spotless with the exception of the carpeting which badly needs replaced. It looks like the owners have renovated so this is probably the last thing they need to do. Kees was very easy to work with in terms of check in and payments, I never had to actually speak to a "real" person.
One caution, the path to the beach would be a little difficult if someone had mobility issues. Fine for us, and we would stay here again.

Kees made everything easy! The key code door lock saved us from collecting and returning a key. Kees provided starter supplies of dish detergent, paper towels, and coffee k-cups. The provided linens included a dish cloth and dish towel. Each bathroom had soap and shampoo dispensers. All so convenient! Thanks!

This unit is located near EVERYTHING, is clean, well appointed and was a super relaxing place to stay. We had all that we could need and enjoyed some of the most gorgeous sunrises. I literally spent 60% of my waking hours (when not on the beach) on the porch facing the ocean. It is a stunning sunrise over the water!

Tranquil Getaway!!
We’ve stayed at this condo a few times over the years, and the location cannot be beat. Several restaurants are within a block of the property and Food Dudes Kitchen is right across the street! All amenities included -linens, pool access and parking for two vehicles. Smaller homes surround the condo and there’s no public access to the beach nearby, so the beach is never crowded. We highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!
