My friends and I had a wonderful time at this Kees Vacation Home! We have been coming to the OBX as a group for many years and enjoy making memories for a lifetime. This home was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, had plenty of room and amenities, and was close to the beach and several restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend staying here as it has everything you will need!

We loved this place so much, we booked it two years in a row! Easy, short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Home is clean, spacious, and comfortable with everything you need. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice house. It is as advertised. Pool was a good size for a small family and was well maintained. House overall was well maintained and we enjoyed it. Easy walk to the beach with a convenient beach access between the house and the beach.

Bikini Bottom was a fabulous home for our first vacation with our baby. Kees was very proactive and left clear instructions for everything we needed. Great location, proximity to the beach and town. Private pool was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Bikini Bottom was clean upon arrival and is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool table was a hit and the outdoor pool was great to use when not at beach.

Description and pictures of house were spot on. Super easy check-in. Beach is one street over, it was wonderful to sit out on the top porch and be able to see the ocean!! Outdoor shower was perfect to rinse the kids off before going into the pool or before going into the house. We had a wonderful family vacation and cannot wait to go again! We will definitely rent from Kees Vacations again- highly recommend their houses!!

The house is in a great location, with two beach access points within walking distance! Overall, it was very clean and spacious. There was a lot of room for parking and areas for everyone to hang out upstairs. There was no cable, but a Roku on every TV. Just something to be aware of! I would definitely use Kees again and recommend them to family and friends!

You won't be disappointed with Bikini Bottom! Very clean, and just a skip away from the ocean. House was super nice, pool clean. Only problem was I have elderly parents, and the television was a little complicated, because it was a smart television Rokou (sp). Didn't have enough towels either. Awesome place!

Bikini Bottom is the ideal house for a family vacation in OBX! The location to the beach, location to food/attractions, amenities and view of the beach are outstanding!!! Can’t beat this place. Communication was top notch and they even provided an extensive list of recommendations for places to eat and see! Truly a dream host. Highly recommend Bikini Bottom!

Great home for your vacation! Abundant space, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and excellent proximity to the beach. Loved how every room had its own balcony. Check in and out was simple and communication was attentive and immediate from Kees. Would highly recommend.

It was cleaned exceptionally well. Sparkling!

After checking into a hotel in KDH, we quickly needed to make a change after our first next for the remainder of our week in OBX. Kees got us into this house and all taken care of within 2 hours. The pictures don’t even do this space justice. It’s even more spacious, beautiful and bright than it looks online. It was cleaned exceptionally well. Sparkling! Decor is well done, amenities are updated, kitchen is week stocked with great cookware and we were a mere block from the ocean! Neighborhood is very quiet, friendly and safe. Kees was super communicative throughout the stay and reached out to even offer some local dining suggestions. We were so comfortable at this home and would gladly stay again!

Lovely time
KEES was great to rent from, answered all my questions. House and grounds were very clean. The home was lovely with lots of upgrades in comparison to other homes we have rented. The house exceeded our expectations, just lovely.

Really enjoyed OBX
My family and I were very pleased with bikini bottom. The house accommodations were excellent. We had no complaints with this home at all. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and staying at the Bikini bottom made it very memorable. Thank you for sharing this home with us.
