Good Vibrations at Hatteras Island Reserve is a 10-bedroom, pet-friendly vacation paradise that has all you could want in an event and/or vacation home. Inside the outdoor, fenced-in event space/backyard, you will find a 16x38 pool, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, gas grills, outdoor showers, outdoor seating/courtyard, an outdoor bathroom, a wrap-around tiki bar, a ping pong table, and pool table. Listen to your favorite tunes as you hook up to the outdoor sound system. Take advantage of the commercial-grade ice machine at this property.
Every bedroom in this vacation rental is an En Suite AND has a view of the Ocean! You will not find any other home on Hatteras Island with this amenity!
Enter the house on the second level under the covered porch with sound views. When you walk inside the home, the modern decor will instantly make you feel relaxed. The interesting spot on this level is the balcony with a view of the first-level outdoor entertainment area. On this level, guests can choose from among the five King En Suites with Ocean Views. There is a washer and dryer here for those who like clean clothes and towels while on vacation. The elevator (big enough for a wheelchair) allows easy access to the next two levels.
Additional sleeping options are found on the third level - Four King En Suites, all with balcony access with ocean views - one of the King En Suites has Handicap Accessibility in the bathroom (60x36) - and an En Suite with two Twin Over Twin Bunk Beds. There is a theater room on this level where everyone can gather and enjoy a movie night. For convenience, there is a half bathroom on this level.
The fourth level of Good Vibrations is where most of the gathering will take place. Enjoy spending plenty of time in the living room with a fireplace; a gourmet kitchen with bar stool seating for 4; a large dining room with seating for 14, and a custom-built bar with seating for five. A smaller round table is on this level which will seat four more. Behind the couch is a console table with additional seating for four. Venture outside onto one of the two covered decks (one with ocean views) and enjoy an Outer Banks sunrise while you sit at the outdoor table for 8. There is a half bathroom on this level for added convenience. Guests will have to draw straws to determine who will get to stay in the Grand King En Suite with deck access, a sitting area, and a grand bathroom.
There is plenty to do when staying at your Hatteras Island Reserve vacation home! Take a visit to the Hatteras Island Lighthouse or take a day trip to Ocracoke Island. The ferry is within walking distance - take in some shopping if you have to wait for the ferry to arrive. Don't miss the Graveyard of the Atlantic Exhibit or the Billy Mitchell airstrip. For the 4x4 vehicle owners in the group, driving on the Hatteras Beaches is always a fun thing to do. Imagine doing some fishing and being able to cook your catch in your amazing vacation rental.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.â?¯No pets allowed in pools.**
Good Vibrations is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.
