Great House
Highly recommend this home. I have rented it twice and plan to rent again this fall. Great floor plan for multiple families to share the home and still have privacy

We had a golf outing for this stay and it worked perfectly for us.  The cottage was the perfect size to allow the entire group to be together. We'll be back next year.

The house was beautiful! It had great gathering areas!  There was a kitchen and hangout room on every floor. The beach was great. It was very peaceful.  We even flew kites. The location was awesome and close to everything from groceries to Target to souvenir shops. It was also not a bad drive to aquarium and lighthouse.  My family had a great time!

Magnolia Cay was a wonderful home and comfortable stay for our 29-member family reunion. The KEES customer service responded quickly to a few minor concerns which were addressed promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great stay at Magnolia Cay! Kee's was very helpful in getting our stay rescheduled after Covid changed our plans. I loved the ability to not have to rent within a normal Saturday/Sunday window and have flexibility on when we stayed. I would definitely use them again!

The house and the location are perfect for a large family gathering. The multiple levels and gathering spots in the house and on the property are lovely, the multiple kitchen and gathering locations created great space for us all to move around and enjoy each other without being on top of each other. This house was the highlight of our large family vacation - the beach and pool were right there, the sunsets and sunrises from the decks are incredible. Well worth the $ - highly recommend this home for your next family gathering!
