The outdoor space is a paradise of its own. Unlike most vacation rentals where the pool is on the first level, at Island Enchantment the pool is located off the second level. This 38'x20' dune-top, heated pool gives you great views of the dunes and ocean while splashing around or sitting on one of the comfortable lounge chairs provided. Along with ample deck space, a walkway straight to the beach, two hot tubs (one under a covered deck), and a cabana with outdoor TV, what more could you ask for?

With big spacious bedrooms, along with plenty of relaxing and fun spaces, this home is perfectly suited for accommodating large groups. There are flat screens throughout the house so everyone can watch what they want. FlexStay: Offering the KEES FlexStay program, you are able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

Seasonal Cabana Services: Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/04/24 - 09/30/24 and 05/01/25 - 09/28/25 - This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals available upon request for an additional charge.

Pets: Island Enchantment is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger:A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

**For your safety and security, the entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**

**Private heated pool will open on March 29th and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Specials events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.**
