Great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, mall and outlets. Direct and private beach access was fantastic with great views. Each bedroom has its own private bath which was awesome.

Excellent location, furnishings, view
Great stay. Heat pump appeared not to provide adequate and consistent heat upstairs. Unit could have been cleaner, particularly carpet and bathrooms. Should have been warned about 3 flights of stairs. This is all meant to be helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The view from the back deck was amazing! The house was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 7. The house was clean and we would stay here again.
The house provided one seat of clean linens per person. Next time I would bring extra towels for my own comfort.

Great location and house was nice!
Location was central and made it easy to get around. The spaces with king beds and en suites were very nice for the 3 bedrooms. I did not read as closely on what to bring so make sure you are prepared to purchase toilet paper, bath soap, and a few other items. The dollar store close by was perfect for some of these things. This is if you are staying for more than like 3 days. Beds were comfortable! Overall we liked the house! Would recommend staying here.

June 16-22
The property was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the roominess and location. Just a couple complaints. First, when we arrived, none of the beds were made and there were no bed linens. I called the Kees number at 4:15p and was told someone would be out to take care of it. I was told they had no idea when someone would be out. At 6p I called the emergency line and was told it couldn't be taken care of until the next day (in other words we had nowhere to sleep). At 6:15p my wife called the emergency line and finally convinced them that we needed linens tonight. About an hour later someone showed up to take care of it. Another complaint was that it was advertised that there was a charcoal grill that we could use. There was one in the pictures, but it belonged to the adjoining vacation rental. Fortunately we were allowed to use it. We did find a charcoal grill hidden under the house, but thought that was a little misleading in the description. One last thing. The water to the outdoor shower and hose on the second floor was turned off. After tracing lines under the house, we were able to find the shutoff valves for the water supply. Fortunately, none of these issues interfered with our vacation, since we were able to find viable solutions. On the plus side, we had a clogged sink and it was repaired by maintenance in a timely manner.

Beach Vacay
This property was wonderful. Centrally located to pretty much everything. Nice beach access. The property managers were quick and helpful with any questions we had.

Beautiful views and a beautiful house
House and views were wonderful. Centrally located so quick to get to initially and easy to get to restaurants and different sights. Deck was recently redone with vertical spindles to prevent kids or elderly from falling through! All neighboring houses had horizontal 2x4’s and huge gaps! Overall the house was wonderful and very cozy. Easily fit 6 adults and a high energy 3 YO with room to spare!

House just like pictures. Right on beach. Beautiful sunrises over the water. Great there were beach chairs stored off the deck lots of kitchen items. Enjoyed the fires on the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Overall the house was great, the down side is that this property shares a driveway with a VRBO listing that has many short term stays. We had to address the parking situation with guests at the adjoining property as they continually blocked us in. Proximity to beach was great and easy.
