We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to get to a lifeguarded beach. There is a lot to do close by. Shopping, supermarket, restaurants, mini golf and brewery were all close enough to take a long walk to. We greatly appreciated the instant booking for this place as we had an issue with our original rental at check in and needed a place quick. Would stay here again! Super happy with the place for the price.

My family and I LOVED our time staying here! It was so spacious, had the most comfy beds and just such a relaxing atmosphere to vacation in. The location was ideal being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants - we kept saying just how great of a spot it was and how comfy it was.

We enjoyed nights on the deck staring at the stars and enjoying the hot tub - my two year old niece loved to nap in the hammock and the outdoor shower was a bonus for post-beach rinse off before heading inside! There was no lack of chairs or seating, so many activities to choose from for late night fun like board games, basketballs, bikes to ride, sand toys and much more! We are grateful for a relaxing family vacation and highly recommend this option to others.

Peace and comfort
Excellent place to stay! The house was exceptionally clean and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week with everything we needed to just sit back and enjoy our time at the OBX. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, glasses, and pans needed to cook on nights we wanted to cook and we were close to several wonderful restaurants to enjoy delicious meals on nights we wanted to just relax. Each room was clean and well designed for a comfortable stay. We loved the open floor plan and large den area. We will definitely be back!

Great Floor Plan
Perfect cottage for large family to enjoy time together. Close walk to the beach and wonderful spacious decks. Family room and kitchen are spacious for everyone to gather. Hot tub is wonderful and so relaxing in the evening as you watch the sunset. Beds are comfortable for a great night sleep.

This house is very comfortable for 2 families. There is ample space for everyone to have 'personal' time.
Unfortunately there were a few things missing - like cookie sheets and a broiling pan and dry measuring cups. I suspect that these things were taken by renters. Also wine glasses were in short supply so we bought 4 for the house. We also fixed the broken lamp which was new for this year. Renters need to take better care of the property so that the next renters will have what they need.

We were pleased with our choice of home rental for our multi family vacation. The location was perfect! It’s located in a nice quite community - very relaxing. The property description was accurate and access to the beach was exceedingly convenient

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space for sleep, activities, and relaxation. The hot tub was a great perk for the end of the day, and the screened-in porch was an amazing touch for everyone. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, and was easily accessible to grocery, restaurants, and beach stores. Can’t say enough positive things about this house! Maintenance came by and checked in to ensure everything was up to standards! Thank you Kees! We will be back!

Nice and quiet space for our family spring break. Close to the beach, spacious house with everything we needed. We were thankful to find this gem during this time of April. Many thanks and we would certainly rent in the future should we plan for this area.
