The comfy living room is perfect for your family game or movie night! The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Don't feel like cooking? That's ok too, there are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, including a local favorite, The Colington Cafe. Escape to OBX has a Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom down the hall, a sleeper sofa and a King En Suite that boasts a beautiful walk-in shower and access to the deck. Hamilton Cay also features an elevator to make access to your condo as easy as can be!

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this is a perfect location close to the beach - 1.1 miles to be exact, shops, restaurants and the Wright Brothers Memorial. And with access to all amenities the Bermuda Bay Community has to offer!

The garage is not for guest use.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Great Location and we loved the mini water park and pool. Weather wasn't great but our rental was an extremely comfortable place to hang out while we waited out the rain. Kitchen could use more supplies but everything was as advertised and we will be back �

Kees is very easy to work with and the units are great. OBX is an awesome place to live and visit. We highly recommend taking some time out to enjoy kayaking on the sound side too.
