Welcome to Sunnyside at Wrightsville Landing by KEES Vacations!
Location is everything at Sunnyside at Wrightsville Landing. Within walking distance to the ocean, stores, and popular restaurants, you will love staying here. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, you will enjoy easy access to attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial.
Walk into the spacious and clean townhouse and you will find the living space, kitchen, and dining area. Also, there is a half bathroom for convenience.
Upstairs is where you will settle down for a good night's sleep (or afternoon vacation nap) after a sun and fun-filled day at the beach. Guests will choose between a Queen Bedroom or a bedroom with two Twin Beds. There is a full bathroom here for all to share.
This is the perfect vacation spot on the Outer Banks. Close to everything! With KEES FlexStay program, you can stay as little or as long as you like - and can check in whatever day you choose!
There are 2 parking spaces for guests.
Check-In begins at 4pm.Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

The unit is clean and well equipped, although no dishwasher or laundry. That said, we had a very comfortable stay. No problem checking in, and they were very responsive when I had questions.

We originally were supposed to stay in Salvo with a different host but 3 weeks before we were supposed to leave for vacation, he canceled our reservation so we had to scramble for a place to stay with AirBnB. They were super helpful and sent us a list and Kees Vacation came to the rescue. I wanted to stay a little more off the beaten path but we were clenched for time. This place was awesome though. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive, fully stocked kitchen, little fenced in deck area off the dinette which was nice for all the wet and sandy beach stuff and comfy beds which was a plus. The only thing I wish it would have had was a washing machine but a short drive to the laundromat mid week wasn’t too awful. Thanks for an easy check in and out process. It was our first time in OBX and it definitely will NOT be our last time. Hope to utilize Kees Vacation again next year.- Amanda , Posted: 06/14/2025

Spring Break Was a Blast
