Welcome to Sea Dunes by KEES Vacations!
Located near the border of Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills, Sea Dunes is the perfect spot for your family getaway. Sea Dunes is just a short walk to the beach, and with access to the seasonal pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, and volleyball, you and your family will spend hours of quality time outdoors together. Rainy days are no worry with Sea Dunes' indoor clubhouse equipped with a racquetball court, Wallyball court, pool table, air hockey table, and exercise room.
This townhome offers two floors of living space, so you and your family can spread out. The comfortable living area features plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV where you can enjoy a movie or the big game. You and your family will love relaxing on the third-floor ocean view balcony where you can start your day with a cup of coffee and the sunrise over the ocean. Prepare your favorite meals in your fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Your whole family can enjoy meals together at the dining table, or pack your meal up and enjoy it outside at one of gazebo picnic areas.
This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
Guests are permitted access to the garage.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Beach Haven is a thoughtfully renovated and decorated townhouse that was practically new when we went in Dec 2021. The home is welcoming and is a great place for a small family to stay. Amazing location! Pictures don't do this adorable condo justice. It's close to tons of amazing food, quick 3 minute walk to the beach, gym across the street- we truly couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation! Will definitely return!

The Beach Haven is a great place to stay in Kitty Hawk. The inside looks great. Great and easy access to the beach. The pool is a great place to cool off. Everything you could want is inside of this unit. Would stay here again.
