We felt at home. Everything was as described. On Sunday the shower broke, someone was immediately sent to repair it. The view is fantastic. Also recommended for workation.

Had a great time on the Outer Banks. The townhome was in great shape and was in a perfect location. It had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. Kees management was easy to work with and very responsive. Very nice neighborhood. We would stay in this unit again - best endorsement one can give.

OBX is a great destination any time of year. Lots to do and see. This condo was centrally located making it easy to get around. It’s also just a few steps away and you’re hopping the dunes and on the beach. It’s freshly decorated and was very clean. The owner called to check on us and chatted for a bit. Really cool to see their commitment to their guest’s experience. Kees was also a very positive host. We’d easily recommend this home for your stay at OBX. If you’re down over the 4th of July, make sure to go to Jockey’s Ridge at night to watch the fireworks.

This was our second time to stay at Beach Haven at Sea Dunes. We liked it so much we wanted to come back. The location is great! Close to lots of great bars and restaurants. Quiet location. lots of nice amenities. We played pickleball every morning and also enjoyed the pool and recreation area. The beach was nice and walking distance from the unit. Would definitely recommend!

Beach Haven is a thoughtfully renovated and decorated townhouse that was practically new when we went in Dec 2021. The home is welcoming and is a great place for a small family to stay. The access to the beach is very close, and local restaurants are within a short walk. Would recommend a stay here!

Amazing location! Pictures don't do this adorable condo justice. It's close to tons of amazing food, quick 3 minute walk to the beach, gym across the street- we truly couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation! Will definitely return!

The Beach Haven is a great place to stay in Kitty Hawk. The inside looks great. Great and easy access to the beach. The pool is a great place to cool off. Everything you could want is inside of this unit. Would stay here again.
