Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware. Kees Vacations was very responsive regarding check in/recommendations. Also, the couches and beds were SO comfortable. The place has access to a beautiful board walk off the water and was nicely located. Would recommend!

Kees was very responsive concerning any questions we had. The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding, and they worked with us to have a later check out, which helped after a late night. Would highly recommend both Kees and this property!

Beautiful house! Perfect for our stay.
We had the best family vacation at Kings Landing and Pirates Cove! Beautiful house with great space; well appointed and maintained. Close to beach, shopping, Manteo attractions. Loved the amenities like the pickleball courts, the pools, restaurant and walking paths along the waterways. Will definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous beach house in a beautiful community - close to everything! Super clean, the beds and bedding were outstanding! My son loved fishing behind the house. Kitchen had everything we needed for a family thanksgiving dinner. Very quiet and private in the off season!

Wonderful Stay
We just returned from a wonderful week at Kings Landing. It was great! Our only complaint is we would have loved a gas grill :) The location is perfect. Our kids loved the Pirates Cove amenities, and we loved that the beach was so close. The house had everything we needed, but we rented beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall it was a wonderful trip and the house was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children).

We love this place, seems recently remodeled the house was clean with more than enough utensils. Its location is in the center of the community and very close to gym. We had a very relaxed long weekend even though it was windy and rained quite a bit. Everyone enjoyed it!

What a great place to stay at?
We were amazed by the beauty and cleanliness of this house. Our family rented this home for the Thanksgiving holiday, so we were shocked to see that the house really had all the pots and pans we needed to pull off our special dinner!. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat, because it's hard to satisfy 6 adults and 3 kids with no complaints. We will be back and soon!

We had an amazing family vacation in OBX at Kings Landing! The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. 2 great decks that you can watch the sunrise from. Great amenities at Pirates Cove to keep kids and teens entertained. Would stay here again!

Lovely house to stay in for a family wedding
We all met in Manteo from both coasts for a family wedding and the house was the perfect spot for all of us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all and lots of space for relaxing all together. The house has been newly remodeled and so everything is quite nice and the house is very accommodating for large groups. Very clean and well stocked kitchen too!

The location, layout of the home, and inviting nature of the home made this vacation well worth it. The community itself has so many amenities and the location is ideal for anyone who is looking to enjoy fishing, local cuisine and quick access to the barrier Islands. Kings Landing is a MUST STAY.

And the location was great .... water all around. Beach is close, plenty of shopping nearby, and I am a big fan of Manteo! Perfect OBX Destination!
Perfect Getaway! This vacation home had a nice layout and great views! Beautiful updates and plenty of space for a large family inside as well as outside on the upper and lower decks. We enjoyed the endless miles of docks to take a morning walk along the canal. Very close to the beach, fishing pier and great eating spots close by. Hoping it will be available this summer when we take our family vacation. Perfect place in OBX.

Super updated and clean + best in the marina
Superb location right next to the restaurant and bar and also took us less than 5 minutes to get to the beach access in Nags Head. Really cool spot
