Our first time to the Outer Banks. It was as great as people had said it was. We went through VRBO for our accommodations as we always do when traveling. The condo we had at OBX was wonderful. It had all you needed to live like you were in your own home.

Loved Pelican's Perch. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need but not have to bring from home. The living area is hugh and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, we loved everything about it and will be back. We especially loved sitting on the back deck in the morning, listening to the birds and drinking coffee. A great place to relax and enjoy your vacation from morning to night.

Wonderful condo and location!
Plenty of room for everyone--beautiful views and comfortable. Relaxing balcony with a very nice view of the marina. Stripers restaurant is convenient with a great menu on the property! The rental management company responds to every request and question quickly and efficiently. Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo.
Very spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom had a balcony walk-out, and we especially enjoyed hanging out on the front balcony overlooking the marina. The elevator was a huge plus when loading/unloading from the covered parking area.The kitchen was spacious, and pretty well appointed. Check-in couldn't have been easier. We will definitely consider this condo again in the future

We enjoyed our vacation at Shallowbag Bay. The condo was spacious for our group of four. We especially enjoyed watching nature and boats in the marina from the two decks. The location was great - within walking distance of some nice restaurants and the waterfront in Manteo. Nags Head beach is also just a short drive away with plenty of public access and parking.

This unit was comfortable for a week-long stay with my elderly parents.
It is a large unit with front and back decks to enjoy. The common areas - living, dining, kitchen are spacious and the furnishings comfortable. There were enough supplies for us for the week. The location is very quiet and walkable to several restaurants, stores and even downtown Manteo. Located somewhat in the middle of the Outer Banks, it was a convenient headquarters for exploration. Kees is super-responsive via text. There was a glitch with the internet after some thunderstorms that their tech company (# posted on the fridge) quickly resolved for me via phone. I think Kees is a reliable rental company if you're looking for something short-term on the Outer Banks. I think this unit was a good value for the price.

Great Location in Manteo
As advertised and a little more. Great location within walking distance on Manteo waterfront (less than a half mile). Property is in great condition: comfortable for six. Spacious and well-equipped. Terrific view of moored watercraft just outside. Strippers Bar & Restaurant located on-site overlooking the bay has great local fare with nightly specials. Our first time in Manteo. This property made it extra special!

Great condo with marina view. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out while having our morning coffee on the deck. The layout was great for our family of 6. The comfortable couch in the living area was big enough, along with the two swivel chairs so we could all sit together. If someone wanted some quiet space, the sitting area at the other end of the room was spacious and comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay in a quaint beach town!
