Had a wonderful week with family. Loved all the on suite bedrooms! Loved the shop and restaurant across the street and the beach access was easy and short walk. Parking could be tough with multiple cars in both homes. Kees was very responsive and helpful!!!

Our stay was wonderful and the views were beautiful. We enjoyed our time in this home and the convenience of Nags Head and distance to the ocean. Our only word of advice is the listed conveniences in the kitchen were not necessarily accurate - for example: the were no cooking sheets & the blender lid was missing. On the bright side the hot tub was perfect as well as the fenced in yard for the dogs. We would stay again and recommend to others.

The stay was amazing and the house is really incredible. So close to the beach and you could see the waves from the upstairs kitchen area. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom, so there was no hassle getting ready. The downstairs game room was always lively and a great way to pass some time between outings. Kees Vacation provided plenty of recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Their response time to any questions was great and they were super helpful! The check in and check out process also could not be easier. I highly recommend this stay and any of Kees Vacations stays at this point. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

Location great
The elevator, and ice maker are added bonuses. The top floor has very little water pressure. WiFi upstairs is unattainable. The kitchen is not stocked with basics like salt pepper etc. we had one frying pan. Most of the dishes are chipped and cracked. The toaster doesn’t work. The blender is missing the top piece so everything you blend comes out. Wooden spoons are broken. We got there and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap were all mostly empty. We contacted the property but housekeeping never came. All the patio furniture is out front and was not moved back to the original areas. The outside pool area is very small and not spacious. The yard is full of dirt, ants, hay and is on a hill. All lounge chairs fall off the side or are broken. To get to the beach is very thick hot sand so be careful. Be mindful how you park. The outside shower barely works. The balconies were nice coverage from the sun. The hot tub is nice. The main tv on the top level is badly pixelated. The double fridges are helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have fans except the bunk room. Shopping is close and the red drum cafe was very nice place to eat. Make reservations wherever you go. I hope you find this review helpful.

Feeling Tip Sea was a great house with great access to the beach. Also loved that the home allowed dogs. Kees staff was very quick to answer our questions prior to arrival. It was annoying that the kitchen sink faucet was falling apart and getting hot water was a task. Much water was wasted trying to position the faucet in the exact spot to allow the hot water to flow. We brought this attention to Kees, and they sent someone out a few days later, but unfortunately the faucet needed to be replaced, a work order had to be done, so the faucet was not replaced prior to us leaving. Parking was the other issue. Yes there were 4 spaces but the distance between the two houses made it very difficult to get the vehicles in and out, especially given we had 3 pick up trucks and the other house had two large Suburban/Yukons. One of the reasons we picked this home was because the contract stated the house came with complimentary tent and chair set up on the beach. We found out the day before, that service was "technically" not included in our rental even though it was in the contract. If we ordered that service, it would have cost $660 plus taxes. Kees stated they would refund us $300 but that has not yet occurred.

Great property and management
Great vacation property. Excellent beach access without needing to cross the street. Lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. Pool is small but nice when heated, ensuite bathrooms in every room. Management was easy to contact and fixed minor issues when needed but overall this house is well kept up for a vacation rental. Will plan to stay in a kees home again in Outer Banks.

Great location
Other than a few minor issues, this house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. With 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the 10 people that stayed in the house all had their own private space. Highly recommended.

Business meeting
We had a great 3-day stay at this property. Tons of room for everyone to be comfortable. Great kitchen and the downstairs area was great for entertaining. We used the 3rd floor TV as a presentation screen for our meeting and it worked out perfect. Close to beach too for a quick after work swim.

Review
Pros: This property is well maintained and in an excellent location. The furnishings are nice and there is more than enough kitchen supplies. The elevator was a huge help in transporting items from the ground floor to the third floor. The bedrooms each have their own bath and offer lots of privacy. Cons: We were disappointed in the backyard. There was not enough space around the pool for the chairs. The yard is not flat and cannot be used for activities or to sit in chairs. Would have been perfect if the yard was leveled or a deck added.

The property was very close to the ocean with beautiful ocean views. The home is very comfortable and cozy. Common areas in the home were perfectly set up for family gatherings while the bedrooms gave great privacy.

This place was a dream! Very clean, perfect for 12 people to sleep very comfortably. Very modern and updated. Furnishings we're beautiful. 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers in kitchen was great. Can't say enough good about this place!

This place is great, everything was as expected. We requested to have the pool heated and it’s a good thing we did because it was too windy, and too cold to enjoy the beach. My family and I had a great time.

excellent amenities

This is a beautiful home with excellent amenities. It is an easy walk to the beach and near everything in the area. The elevator makes going up and down 3 levels so easy for those with disabilities. It has 3 refrigerators and a huge ice machine! Makes for a very easy and pleasant vacation! Will return for sure!
