Located in the heart of Hatteras Island, Stowe Retreat offers a unique vacation experience. Residing above a small, upscale shopping plaza named Stowe on 12, Stowe Retreat is a two-bedroom condo that has access to shopping, easy beach access, and eateries all at very close proximity!
Both pet-friendly and having easy beach access, this condo is perfect for quick getaways, OBX fishing trips, as well as weekend and week-long stays.
Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!
This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
**Stowe Retreat is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Kees Vacations made it possible to provide our aging Dad, who recently had heart surgery, with a wonderful vacation. The rental unit was perfect and well stocked with all that was needed to make the rental feel like home. The Kees management staff was very friendly and made us feel like family.

My family and I were in a little pickle when trying to find another place to stay. I called Kees Vacation and I was lucky to have Brandy answer the phone. She was so understanding, super friendly and she was doing everything she could to help us find a place to accommodate our needs. Awesome place for the value. Location was a short walk across the street, as explained. Had to reach out to the host, who was very responsive, and issue was resolved within minutes. Will definitely stay again!!

Short walk to the beach
This spot was a lot bigger than I expected. Loved having the deck to hangout on and the short walk to the beach! Very clean and a nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom to stay!
