First, and almost the most important, the owner was so responsive to our needs. Every time we sent them a message, they responded quickly and were able to accommodate our needs! The house was stunning, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone in the group was comfortable, slept well (and was therefore happy). The kitchen counter was soo great for cooking because it is huge! Loved having two full kitchen fridges, dishwashers, etc. The dining room table sat our group more than comfortably. The 3rd floor living room is great, and the 4th floor living room might just be the best part of the house -- such an awesome space, our group loved watching movies together and playing games up there. Great view of the ocean too! The beach was across the street, so easy to access. Plenty of parking. Elevator made unloading our groceries a breeze. Hot tub and pool were great, played lots of ping pong and shuffleboard. Can't think of anything that wasn't positive. Would definitely rent this house again, highly recommend for a fun group that likes to swim, cook, hang, and beach. Thank you to the owners for being such great hosts!

Excellent Communication; Beautiful House; Great Location. Our group had a fanastic time!

Doctor's Orders is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The home was immaculate and quite spacious. We were a party of 13 and had more than enough space and privacy to retreat if needed. The location was unbeatable as it was in close proximity to the beach. Having an elevator and a pool were certainly bonuses. I think it would be helpful if a set of steps were available to assist with climbing in and out of the hot tub. Especially for elderly guests and also for those who might have mobility problems. Also having a metal handrail to hold while stepping in and out of the pool could be useful for the same reasons. The beds were all very comfortable…the pillows not so much. I would definitely stay at Doctor’s Orders again and undoubtedly would recommend it to others.

We had a great time a a big family group staying at this house. There’s lots of rooms to spread out in. The beach is just across the street and an easy walk to the beach access. The kitchen has two refrigerators and dishwashers which helps with a big group. Our favorite feature was the ice machine!

2024 Family Vacation
We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay. First time we took a family vacation together. The house was big enough for all of us - we had19 people - and we did not feel crowded at all. Very nicely decorated and such a huge kitchen. Room for all. The beach was within walking distance and was great! There were a few things I don't think I should have had deal with for the amount of money I paid. When we arrived, there was trash all over the carport and in the trash can, stuff on carport attracting flies, empty propane tanks, dirty grill, low water in pool as well as not being cleaned until Sunday. I called and they came for trash and brought propane. We added water to the pool as well as cleaning the grill so we could use it. Cleaned up stuff on carport that was spilled to get rid of flies. Overall, we had an enjoyable vacation. The house was great! My suggestion would be to inspect the outside amenities as well as the house before new people occupy the rental. Even though we had these problems I think they could have maybe given me a little bit of a refund or something. I would do this again since we had such a good time.

We had 18 adults from our extended family who were there for a memorial service for the spouse of one of my siblings. It was a very comfortable environment spacious enough for everyone to gather together in the main room. We would definitely consider renting this house again!

Great house, as advertised. The older reviews are on point. The location is great. Super close to the beach access, close to everything including Publix (huge win). There’s some wear and tear but nothing crazy. Lots of ants, but to be expected. We sprayed and Kees was great about sending someone out to spray multiple times. It was super easy to communicate and interact with Kees, incredibly pleasant employees!! Would definitely go back!!!

Perfect place for large group
This property was perfect for our large group. All 7 bedrooms have attached bathrooms and offered very comfortable beds. The open layout was perfect for people to congregate in different areas and was very spacious. We would recommend posting directions for using the TV and shuffleboard game. Cable TV was hard to figure out. Downside was kitchen garbage was full when we arrived and food on kitchen cabinets which we wiped down. Renters should take garbage out to cans outside upon leaving. We did load the dishwasher and added detergent before we left but I am not sure I pushed the "ON" button...no one is perfect! Loved the location and the backyard with heated pool and hot tub which a few of us used. We had a few issues: like running toilet, which was fixed shortly after I notified Kees, by a competent and respectful man. Another minor issue was promptly responded to and did not require an immediate fix. REALLY appreciated all the help from Kees employees during and prior to our visit. Overall, an excellent stay and we would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great home with plenty of space, beautiful backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and more. It's really the perfect place to get a bunch of family or friends together while staying comfortable. The home did need some more attention to detail on cleaning, and some of the soap dispensers did not work in the bathrooms but the host was responsive and flexible. I will most likely return!

everything worked well with exception that exterior trash cans were filled to capacity when we arrived. We did not realize trash day was on Monday so it was missed. Had this not occurred stay would have been nearly perfect.

This was an excellent property for use during Thanksgiving week for 16 people, including 5 children. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the configuration of the TVs was archaic. There were 7 remotes in the game room and no clear indication what they were for. Not withstanding that, we would rent th property again.

My stay here at this property was perfect! We had the worst VRBO rental from a different company and had to pivot quickly and find something else on short notice. I flew in from Seattle and had family come from Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Cary, so we had to think fast to book something else.

We saw a sign on a business center for "Kees" close to the property, but when we walked in, they said Kees was mo longer there. The lady (Lauren) said she had good connections there so she hopped on the phone and helped make it happen. She secured us a time slot to do a view of the tour and said that the Kees agents wanted us to make sure it was to our liking, even though guests had just checked out housekeeping was there.

We quickly went over there to tour the property and even with the mess that the last guests had, we the core of the home was still clean and we went ahead and booked. When we checked in at 4pm, the Kees inspector and housekeeping was there, apologizing for the delay. I let them know that apologies weren't needed and WE appreciated them for accommodating us on such short notice.

All of our family arrived and everyone loved every aspect of this house! There were about 20 of us and we still had extra space! We made some amazing memories, relaxed, laughed till we cried, prepared some great meals, slept very well and had one of the best family vacations ever. Everyone kept talking about the next vacation and we agreed that it would be with Kees property, but we'd look for a beach front unit.

It also felt great when I received an email from management the first day, asking how our stay was, if we needed anything and offering suggestions for things to do/eat/experience in the area. It's the little things that were done by this property management company that made us feel like we were at home away from home and it felt like they all came to work that day to make sure we had the best day.

So I don't have an individual name to speak on amazing service during our stay because everyone we interacted with, even the lady that didn't work there but had a contact, provided amazing service!

Beautiful home. Spacious. Easy access to the beach. Busy roadway immediately in the front. Our kids 14-7 did okay going back & forth with an escort. Lots of stairs for anyone with ambulation difficulties. The elevator was not accessible to us. Kitchen is on 3rd floor.

Memorable getaway

Beautiful and well-appointed home in excellent location
I booked this home for a small(er) family reunion of 15 people. The home is beautiful, well-appointed, with plenty to occupy guests from children to elder. The game room is great—and received a lot of use from both the younger and older members of our party. Beach access is convenient and was also well used for walks and fishing. The representative I spoke to while we were there was cheerful, courteous, and helpful. We had a minor issue with WiFi, cable, etc, that was addressed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. One suggestion for the property owner that might help future guests: One of the bedrooms has barn doors that provide a very nice design detail to the room and adjacent hallway. However, they limit privacy pretty significantly. You can see into the bedroom—and bed—from the hallway. How much this matters will depend on how the guests intend to use the room, of course. I would suggest a minor alteration to ensure privacy between the room and hallway. Wonderful having an ice maker on site. I suggest a scoop for the ice maker for safely and sanitation reasons.

Wonderful KEES managed property
We had a fabulous stay despite rainy weather. The house was beautiful and clean. We had a breaker flip during our stay, and their maintenance team arrived within an hour to address it. The management company also sent several emails in advance to inform us of the details of our stay. They were very professional. The home has a clean pool although we did not use it due to rain. It was in clean condition. It also has a elevator which is helpful for groceries and luggage. One thing this property needs is a doorbell. The kitchen / living is on the 3rd floor and we missed scheduled packages because we could not hear the door knock. This is also problematic if someone leaves, does not have the code and needs to knock or ring to enter. Please consider installing a doorbell. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house and management company to others. The rooms were well furnished, the large kitchen and dinner table accommodates dozens of people, and the beds were updated and comfortable. Thanks!

Doctors Orders was amazing. It is exactly as described. The bed’s are comfortable and every guest has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and drink ware, a nice coffee pot and a keurig, plenty of pots and pans. They could use a few more bowls and bakeware but we were able to cook and enjoy the space. The home has nice finishes. The art work and decor is modern and really well done. We enjoyed the game room, looking out at the ocean, the hot tub was great and everyone enjoyed the pool as well. The house has everything you need for a great get together with friends and family. KEES was great to work with. They are quick to respond, friendly and accommodating. We had such a great time and plan on returning next year. Everyone was impressed.

Had a group of friends and family down for a long weekend. House was perfect, exactly matched the pics online. 2 minute walk to the beach. Had a little trouble with the access code at check in getting into the house l, but was able to get property management on the phone within 5 mins. 100% would rent again.

Great place to stay and accurately portrayed in the pictures. Had a minor issue with the keyless entry combination needing to be reset, but the staff communication and hospitality staff were great to work with. The bluetooth speakers inside and outside allowed for us to play some background music while having a drink and relaxing over food and pool time with the family. The amenities allow for ample activities and plenty of space to relax sitting down inside the house with other adults for good conversations. It was a great weekend catching up with the extended family. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great Vacation at a Great Property
Doctor's Orders is a great property located close to the beach with luxury amenities. I recommend this house and it was well worth the price. We only had a couple of problems. The code for the door was not emailed 24 hours ahead of time as expected and we weren't able to get into the house until 40 minutes after the check in time. When we called the property manager, the response was immediate, The sprinkler system was on a random timer and would start as we were around the pool. Management corrected the problem quickly. The arcade game was broken and not fixed during our visit. None of the problems effected the overall fantastic time we had. If you want a great vacation Doctor's Orders is the place for your next trip.
