Whether you're exploring the peaceful Bay Drive waterfront path, watching the sunset from one of the nearby soundside piers, or spending the day on the beach just minutes away, this beautiful Kill Devil Hills retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

The middle level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island perfect for gathering. The open concept dining and living areas offer a bright, welcoming space to reconnect after a day at the beach, complete with a TV, soundbar, and comfortable seating. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer are also located on this level. Tucked away, the King En Suite features a TV and a private bathroom with a stand up shower.

Head upstairs to the top level where you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV. One bedroom offers two Double beds, making it a great space for kids or additional guests, while the second features a Pyramid Bunk. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The ground level is designed for fun and convenience, featuring a second living area with a TV, foosball table, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and additional dishware. This level also includes a private King En Suite with a TV and a bathroom featuring a stand up shower, making it an ideal retreat for guests who appreciate extra privacy.

Outside, enjoy your own private backyard oasis. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, fire up the grill for dinner, gather around the custom outdoor bar, or end the evening with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub beneath the stars.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
