First time in OBX, couldnt have asked for a better house, the view was perfect. Street was quiet with easy access to the beach. House layout works out great for multiple family’s. If you are coming to Kitty Hawk, definitely think about staying here.

Place has an awesome location, about a 2 minute walk to the beach which seemingly goes on forever. The pool and patio area is not huge but perfect to relax and cool off. The jacuzzi was nice everything was clean! The place could use some updates, but for a pet friendly rental 2 blocks from the beach you can’t beat it! Also a street away from a few restaurants and ice cream shop. There are tons of dogs around so be aware if you are bringing a ton there will be lots of dog neighbors! I would say over all this place was a great stay and definitely worth renting if you get the opportunity

OBX newbies
When booking a family vacation to somewhere you’ve never been can be hard. We got very lucky with this homes location, size, and function. Close to groceries, restaurants, ice cream, and easy to get to the beach. We would definitely recommend! Pros: pool (although a little sandy), hot tub, cozy beds, shower pressure, beach buggy provided, carport, and large open space to gather. Check in and check out was super easy. WiFi worked great. Happy they had Tupperware for leftovers. Cons: The utensil drawers and some dishes were a little dirty (we pre-washed everything we used), we saw 2 big bugs, and the grill was dirty with little-no propane.

Family vacation 2023
Our family meets up every two years to enjoy time together. We love the OBX. This house was very clean, close to the beach, and perfect for the three families to enjoy together. Pet friendly, good house flow to rooms. Pool and hot tub were welcoming when we were not at the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again in 2 years!

Great Location
This house is a great location. It was so close to beach and the pool was perfect for the kids to swim in the evening. It was a great size for my family of 7. The only thing was that check-in was at 4 and the cleaning people were still there at 430.

Awesome location! One block away from the beach (you can see it from the balcony), close to restaurants, and pool/hot tub were so convenient. We had plenty of space.

The house was beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect for a beach day or whether you want to drive the island to see the sights. Local restaurants in the neighborhood were great after a long day on the beach and you don’t want to drive anywhere. Would definitely book again!

Overall, a lovely home with big windows and great views! Close to a very quiet beach. Easy to get to everything we chose to do. There is a wagon available in the storage room. Rooms were clean. Towel sets were wrapped in plastic indicating that they were clean.

Great place to stay! Awesome view, close to the beach, quiet friendly neighborhood, close to two good restaurants and bars. We enjoyed it very much! Host was incredibly responsive and had great customer service — allowed us a few times to extend our stay because we just didn’t want to leave!
