This pet-friendly, soundfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath home is located in the Colington Harbour community. You'll feel safe and secure as you drive into the neighborhood with the guarded gate. Enjoy the community amenities that Colington Harbour has to offer - a boat ramp, a beach, a sound side park, and basketball courts. Step away from the hustle and bustle of Croatan Highway yet be just a few miles from the ocean, restaurants, shops and attractions, to include the Wright Brothers Memorial!

This house has its own boat dock with access to the sound. Spend your day sitting in the sun, floating in the water, fishing, or rent a kayak and venture through the Harbour! You will love being able to sit out on your covered decks - either in the front of the house or the back - and stare out at the water. You are sure to catch an Outer Banks sunset!

On the second level is where you will spend most of your time. Here you will find the Living Room with a Queen sleeper sofa, Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry Area, a Queen Bedroom, and Full Hall Bathroom. You can access the covered deck with outdoor seating from this level.

The third level features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a Double bed and the other with a Queen bed. These bedrooms are connected by a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Nestled along the Albermarle Sound, Colington Harbour is a gated waterfront community that offers a peaceful escape from the busier beach areas. Enjoy scenic canal views, boating, fishing, and kayaking. While the neighborhood feels tucked away, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and popular attractions are just a short drive from Harbour House. Community amenities include a soundfront park and playground, picnic tables, and a basketball court. This neighborhood will require you to get a guest pass at the gate before entry. Tell the gate guard the address of the home and how long your trip is for the appropriate pass.

Harbour House is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $155, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
