New for 2026, guests of Seaduction will also enjoy exclusive access to the Village Beach Club during their stay.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Seaduction places you just steps from the beach access at Avalon Pier, Awful Arthur’s Oyster Bar, and the nearby beach shop and convenience store. The 5th Street beach access is also just a short walk away, giving guests multiple easy ways to enjoy the shoreline.

Inside, each of the seven spacious bedrooms features its own private En Suite bathroom, creating a comfortable and relaxing experience for families and groups alike. An elevator serving four levels makes navigating the home simple, while the home’s modern yet timeless design blends unique upscale finishes with a laid back coastal feel. Bright open spaces, beach inspired touches, and carefully curated details create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortlessly relaxing. Seaduction is also pet friendly, so your four legged family members can join the vacation too.

The backyard just might be your favorite part. Step outside into your own private backyard oasis complete with a 13’ x 30’ heated pool, hot tub, outdoor gathering spaces, and room to relax after long beach days. Spend evenings grilling out, enjoying friendly competition over ping pong and shuffleboard, or unwinding beneath the coastal night sky from one of the many covered decks. Village Beach Club

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 9 miles from Seaduction.

This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy seasonal activities for all ages such as scheduled events and pickleball. New for 2026 is Gather, a casual restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Parking is $25 per car per day, and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Parking: This property offers 7 parking spots for guests.

Pets: Seaduction is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

Pool Information: The private pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Pool heat is available for a fee. Hot tub is open year-round and professionally cleaned weekly. No pets are allowed in the pool or hot tub.

Beach Access: The AIBA beach access at Avalon Drive is available for walk-up beach access. The access is also available for drop off by vehicles, low speed vehicles (golf carts) and bikes. The only restriction is that you cannot park a car there. For car parking, we recommend using the nearby 5th street beach access or (paid) parking at the Avalon Pier. All beach accesses are within a few minutes walk.
