K9059 Steps to the Beach 4 Bedroom Home at Crown Point

We had an incredibly wonderful stay here and would absolutely return! We loved it here.
Location:
Obviously Corolla has tons of amenities and the neighborhood this house is located in was just a short drive to all of them but it felt completely tucked away. The house itself is nestled with some trees so there's no one directly behind you, which was great. Very quiet neighborhood, one of the best I've ever stayed in.
Beach Access:
This was seriously such a short and easy walk to the beach access. It was two houses away. The beach access itself was easy, not too many stairs. Can't believe how close we were!
View:
You can see ocean and the waves crashing from the top balcony deck. It was beautiful and so peaceful in the early mornings and nights.
Cleanliness:
This was my only qualm. The house needs a good deep clean. Be sure to bring bedding & lots of cleaning supplies! Maybe a mattress topper too. Beds weren't great.

Great property!
Its not often a rental house is closer to the beach than you expected! Also, credit to the management company, as 1 day into our stay the wifi unit went out (wouldnt even power up) . I sent a text, got a quick response, and 24 hours later the unit was replaced with a new working one. Highly recommend this property!

Summer Vacay
House was very close to the beach. It was nice to have a pool at the house as well as a neighborhood pool that we could use!! The home was pretty clean upon arrival but the floor and bunk beds had sand on them when we got there. It would have been nice to start with sand free bedding! Also there were large bags of dirty bedding from the previous guests that were left right outside the door all week. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to other people!

Awesome last-minute find!
House was clean, outside porch was nice, great location. Pool area could’ve used a little clean-up as we couldn’t sit at the table because weeds were really tall, but the pool and hot tub were both really clean and well-kept, so no big deal. Would definitely stay there again!

Walk to the beach
Beautiful home steps from the beach, access was much closer than I thought which was amazing! The only negative I have to say is the mattress on the second floor was absolutely horrible but we dealt with it. Quiet neighborhood, different locations to relax around the home. Maybe baby proofing the cupboards would be nice for people with small kids but overall wonderful experience. I would absolutely rent this house again.

Better than we imagined
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful! The pictures didn't fully do it justice. My kids loved the bunk beds. Every kitchen item that we needed for cooking was available. The place was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was safe. The property was just a few feet from the beach. You can see the ocean from the back of the house. The pool was maintained regularly. We definitely plan to come back and stay at this house.

I am reluctant to leave this review because I don’t want anyone else to book it and limit my chances to stay here again. I LOVE THIS HOUSE! It’s gorgeous. The location and neighborhood are fantastic. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to get back to this house again.

Perfect house
This house met all of our needs ! The location is fantastic, the house is quite nice, and having a hot tub and small plunge pool were incredibly nice features. I would say the only detractor was that the cleanliness of the master bathroom showers could have been better. Still, we plan to come back to this house next summer as well!

Great Everything!!
This house was awesome! There was plenty of room inside for our family 8. The view of the ocean from the top deck was amazing. The private pool was a perfect size for our family and the community pool was a great bonus as well. We couldn’t ask for a better location either. The beach access is literally steps away and we never had a problem finding a place to step up that was near the steps. Less than a mile to Timbuck II and Food Lion. Never heard a peep from the neighbors after quiet hours. The outdoor shower with hot water was super convenient. This house is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway!

Simply Lovely
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Location to the beach was ideal and the added bonus of being able to walk to town for meals was a bonus. This was an amazing home that we would definitely rent again!

Fantastic location
Love it yall! Crazy good location next to Tim Buck II and we love the beach access was a little less crowded than the Ocean Sands area south of it. We are really happy with this space and location!
