New to KEES for 2026!
Doomsday can wait. Dunes Day is all about slowing down and staying awhile. Located on the southern end of Hatteras Island, this first floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo makes coastal living simple, easy, and completely stress free with no steps from arrival to relaxation.
Enjoy a direct view of the pool just outside your front window, then step onto your private patio space for a quiet morning start with a cup of coffee. Spend your day at the community pool or take the short walk to the beach where the Atlantic Ocean glistens.
Inside, upgraded flooring, dimmable lighting, and a comfortable layout create a relaxed and inviting space. A cozy bedroom, welcoming living area, and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
When you’re ready to explore, walk to local restaurants, shops, or take a scenic stroll to the soundside gazebo to watch boats cruise by. Hop on the Hatteras-Ocracoke Ferry for a day trip to Ocracoke Island, or head out for fishing, surfing, or beach driving at nearby Ramp 55.
From quiet mornings to salty afternoons, Dunes Day is your reset button on the Outer Banks.
**Our private unheated outdoor community pool is available, weather permitting, year-round. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Pool temperatures vary greatly depending on the season.**
