Meet Our Owner Services Team

KEES Owner Services Management team is located in the Newport News office. With all of our guest communications  and owner services department heads under one roof, we can streamline communication and increase our response time! We work hand-in-hand with the property services team on the OBX.  Meet the team:

Spearheading our Owner Services team is Shelby Reca. Shelby has been with KEES since June 2017 and is our current Director of Hospitality Services. In her day-to-day, she helps shape guidance with rate management, Guest Services, and Owner Services as well as key decisions at the property level.

While you may not have worked with her directly, she has been working behind the scenes hand and hand with Owner Services throughout her career with KEES. Shelby is a strong leader with expertise in problem-solving.

Brandy has worked for KEES for over 6 years and is a major source of help. Whether it`s a statement, billing, or just a general question about your home, Brandy has helped hundreds of owners with their homes. We love her positivity and humor at the office.
