Rated one of the top golf courses on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the Kilmarlic Golf Club is a 605-acre course is comprised of seaside forests and gorgeous wetlands. Designed by award-winning architect, Tom Steele, the stimulating course will take golfers through giant canopies of native oak, dogwood, and pine while playing on the pristinely conditioned green. Recently named one of the "Top 100 Courses to Play in North Carolina" by Golf Styles Magazine, those who play Kilmarlic will leave with an appreciation for both the game and the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. Be sure to grab a beverage and snack from the Black Tarpan Tap Room in the clubhouse and sit outside on the deck as you watch other players make the turn.

308 Pointe Golf Club Dr, Powells Point, NC 27966

Winner of Outer Banks Best of the Beach from 2014 to 2017, and from 2019 to 2022, The Pointe Golf Club is recognized by visitors and locals as one of the most fun and playable golf courses and caters to golfers of all ages and skill levels. The Pointe is equipped with a large practice facility and boasts a public driving range, two chipping greens, a practice bunker area, and a practice putting green. The par-71 design of the course is perfect for tournaments, member, resort, and daily play. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a pro shop with any golf associated items you would need, a restaurant with grab and go foods and beverages as well as a full menu, and event space.

The sister golf club of The Pointe, The Carolina Club also boasts the title of being voted winner of Outer Banks Best of the Beach from 2014 to 2017, and from 2019 to 2022. The par 72 championship course layout is comprised of rolling fairways and bent grass greens that are complemented by maritime woodlands and soundside breezes. The Carolina Club has been rated as having some of the finest putting surfaces in the southeastern United States and will have golfers coming back year after year.

8818 Caratoke Hwy, Harbinger, NC 27941

Holly Ridge Golf Course is a family-friendly 18-hole, 71 par course which is perfect for golfers of all ages and skill levels. Slightly less expensive than the other Currituck County golf courses, your group will enjoy playing here. The expansive lighted driving range has an electronic ball machine which takes credit cards. For those who cannot get to the driving range until after all of the days` beach activities, don`t worry, the driving range is open until 9:30pm. If you happen to forget something for your game, do not fret, the pro shop should have what you need.

300 W Eckner St, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949

Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, Seascape Golf Links offers views of the Atlantic Ocean from a number of holes and makes it convenient to fit in a round of golf and some time on the beach in the same day! Some of the holes offer a unique elevation which captures the true essence of Outer Banks beauty. This course is ideal for tournaments, group play, and is perfect for all skill levels. After grabbing a meal, snack, or beverage at the Sand Trap Tavern, venture through the pro shop, and then take some practice putts on the putting green.

5615 S Seachase Dr, Nags Head, NC 27959

If you`re looking for views while you golf, you won`t want to skip Nags Head Golf Links! Open to the public, this Scottish Links-style course designed by Bob Moore runs along the Roanoke Sound and the coastal breeze adds to the challenging course. While the sound water looks stunning, be careful not to shank it right or you will find your ball going in there. Golf Digest calls the Links, "Among the most beautiful in the eastern United States" and has named it in its Top 50! The large clubhouse with outdoor deck seating has all you need for a great day of golf. Don`t forget to visit the pro shop to get that Nags Head Golf Links swag. Duck Woods Country Club`s semi-private 18-hole championship golf course is located in Southern Shores, NC and was designed by the renowned architect Ellis Maples. Ellis and his design team created over 70 golf courses in the Southeast, including Pinehurst #5. Stay nearby Duck Woods in Duck, NC or Southern Shores, NC. Being semi-private, only members and guests can play here, but they do offer tourist rates if tee times are available. We suggest you call the course prior to going. You will love the beauty of this course. There is a pro shop which has all of the name brands you might want to wear. Enjoy a snack or beverage from the bar area here too.
