How Far Is It and How to Get There?

There are two ways to get to the Beach Club at Whalehead - driving and flying. The closest international airport is in Norfolk, VA (ORF/Norfolk Intl). After landing in Norfolk, you will then head south on NC-168 and US-158 where you will drive over the Wright Brothers Memorial Bridge. When you get to the road signs pointing you to NC12 North, you will turn left. Continue Hwy 12 N (also known as Ocean Trail). Continue on Hwy12 N until you come to the Beach Club at Whalehead community on your right. If you get to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, you have gone to far.

This brand new community offers a large community heated pool which includes onsite cabanas for guaranteed onsite parties (both small and large). These seasonal cabanas include a tv, mini frig, outdoor sofa and table, curtains for privacy, and outlets to charge your devices. The curtains allow for total privacy! There is a fitness center and a Snack Bar within walking distance from your beautiful condo.

Another interesting activity within Corolla Adventure Park is the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education. The whole family will enjoy exploring the history of North Carolina's wildlife.
