The house was beautiful and perfect for our large group! Just as pictured. We took advantage of the concierge services listed on Kees website for grocery shopping and delivery, they even put the groceries in the fridge for us! Petja and Douglas are amazing!!! We had some gift baskets and fresh flowers from them as well as two catered dinners with them… wonderful and delicious! We had a dinner from Outer Banks Boil company and it’s absolutely worth it! They cook on site and clean it all up too can’t say enough how fun that was. Nicole Coons a local caterer made a dinner for us she’s wonderful and the food is delicious! The Kees staff was great!!! Fantastic!! Helpful and responsive when we had a question we had a maintenance issue that got taken care of superfast. Nothing impacted the lovely time that we had. The staff was very professional and extremely kind. I scheduled a midweek clean, which was great also. They offered wonderful recommendations. The pool and beach perfect!

Our whole family from the Midwest & East Coast were able to spend Thanksgiving together. The home & location was beautiful. A very comfortable atmosphere and everyone was able to relax and enjoy the long Holiday Weekend together.

Great house. Perfect for hosting large groups. Had double and triple appliances to be able to host large groups efficiently. Very clean and location was incredible. Worth every star.

The property was exceptional and everyone thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities available. It offered something for everyone, from adults to kids. The location on OBX and the beach was ideal and offered great views. We would highly recommend this property for large families or groups and we look forward to returning in the future!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is a huge place that comfortably fits large parties up to 18 adults. The beach is literally in the back yard. Make good use of the massive kitchen and open floor plan and deck. We will be back!

Wow!! The listing doesn't even do the property justice. We not only stayed here for a week with our friends, but we also actually had our wedding here. The house us massive and the view cannot be beat. Kees was absolutely great to work with, and they were incredibly quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

Upon arrival the property was immaculate and very well stocked. The care and attention to detail was very apparent and this made our experience with KEES unsurpassed. We will certainly be staying with KEES again during our next trip to the Outer Banks many special thanks!!

Twenty in our group and we had an amazing week. We lucked out with a fabulous chef in our group. Kitchen was perfect for this large group and enough dishes and utensils and bakeware for large groups. We brought our own ice cream maker and made delicious peach ice cream. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Many enjoyed the game room. Guys went out for a charter fishing trip and caught wahoo and yellow fin tuna and barracuda. Also enjoyed a sunset cruise with same charter boats. House has plenty of room for 20 people and wonderful views from top floor kitchen, dining and living room. Parking was adequate for our 9 or 10 vehicles. We had a wonderful time right there at the house. Some did some sightseeing while others were content to stay at the house to enjoy the pool and ocean. We did opt to rent an additional tent and 6 chairs from the company who supplied one tent and 6 chairs with the house for the beach everyday. It was great not having to drag chairs back to the house at the end of the day.
