Classic Outer Banks design is found in this comfortable 5-bedroom getaway - the great room with kitchen and dining areas is on the third level, while many of the bedrooms and additional living spaces are on the lower levels. The third level of the home includes the spacious great room with warm wood accents from the floor to the cabinetry and a soothing color palette with coastal decor for flair. The living area boasts plenty of plush sofas and chairs. An entertainment center with a flat panel HDTV offers the opportunity for the group to gather around together to enjoy the latest Netflix pick.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to create a wonderful family meal. Enjoy the plentiful cabinets, full suite of appliances, and a breakfast bar so the chef can have company (and maybe some helpers) as he or she is hard at work. What a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, and enjoy a home-cooked meal as you talk, laugh, and make plans and memories together. It's time to unplug and unwind! Those staying on this level can retreat to a spacious King bedroom or the bedroom that features two Twin bunk sets, which may be the perfect fit for the younger family members!

The second level has a great array of comfortable accommodations. A King En Suite lets its guests enjoy a private balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy a warm cup of coffee on those early mornings before heading to the beach! A King bedroom and bedroom furnished with two Twin beds share a common full bathroom, rounding out the rooms on this level.

The first level is the indoor hideaway! Enjoy a recreation room with a foosball table, sure to provide hours and hours of fun and friendly competition. A comfy couch also offers guests of this space a great place to sit back and unwind. You'll also find a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer on the ground level.

Located nearby to some of Corolla's best dining and shopping options, the Ocean Sands community isn't just a beach escape - it's a relaxation destination. Those into exploring the area's history and local landmarks will love being only minutes away from Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the natural beauty of the Currituck Banks Preserve, and where the famous Corolla wild horses roam. Recreation offerings are also plenty, with some of the Outer Banks' premier golf practically a step away at The Currituck Club and award-winning fun close by at Corolla Adventure Park.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. The Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
