K9047 Metamorphoseas 12 Bedroom Home in Whalehead

Corolla was the perfect spot for our small companies annual planning retreat. The living spaces were very comfortable and everyone could have their own non-bunk bed room and private bath. We especially enjoyed the pinball machine as well as the other games! The hot tub and fire pit at the end of the pool were perfect even in December! The kitchen was stocked well with plates, bowls, glasses, etc. The entire group agrees that we’d like to come back next year!! Sunrises are amazing!

Our stay in OBX at a Kees vacation home was amazing! The house was absolutely massive and accommodated our party of 14 wonderfully. A fantastic kitchen and living area had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals for all and lounge comfortably on the giant sectionals. The table not only fit everyone in our party, but could have seated another family with room to spare. This made breakfast, lunch, and dinner a social time that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The playroom was something out of a child’s dream and the entertainment system made for an awesome movie experience for kids and adults alike. Walks on the beach, a run in the neighborhood, bloodies in the morning, and a dip in the hot tub were all parts of one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had. If you’re looking to get away with friends and/or family without feeling like you’re living on top of each other, look no further! Would definitely come again.

Our Church group stayed at the Metamorphoseas for a marriage retreat weekend. We had an amazing time. The communication with Ms. Dottie was second to none. She took care of all our needs and responded immediately to the smallest of requests. The view and location was spectacular! Thank you Ms. Dottie and the Kees staff for an Amazing stay.

Great home that looks like the pictures! We rented the home for our small beach front wedding. It was the most perfect venue as well as great accommodations. When we had an issue with power to a bedroom the staff were quick to respond and have someone come out and fix the issue.

Beautiful house that was a great spot to host two families coming together for the 1st time. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom is always welcome. Additionally the large dining room table was a great eating and coming together location.

We had a family gathering of 20 adults and 7 children/infants. We were here from 7/8 - 7/15, and this home was perfect for us. We were right on the beach, and that part of the beach was not crowded. The pool is a perfect size. Between the beach and the pool, the grandchildren were easily entertained for the week. The game room was popular as well. We cooked in most nights for this crowd, and the kitchen easily accommodated our cooking needs. The neighborhood was very quiet, especially at night. A tremendous house that impressed all the guests!!!

Metamorphoseas was an amazing place for my family and I to come to enjoy time together, relax and reset! The house was more beautiful than the pictures. The pictures did it no justice! Our stay at "MetamorphoSEAS" for our annual Christmas get together with our kids & grandkids was a great experience overall. We got good feedback from family members regarding our selection of "MetamorphoSEAS." The view from the Great Room was spectacular; we especially enjoyed watching the dolphins!! The house was spacious and very clean!! The kitchen was well stocked with a plethora of kitchen utensils. We had a couple of minor hiccups at check-in, but after-hours management and local maintenance were quick to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Our family had a wonderful stay!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous!!! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is great for a combined group of friends. We had couples and singles and everyone felt comfortable in their own space. The ocean view made for spectacular sunrises!! We visited in the off season and didnt plan on sight seeing or going out to eat even though there are planety of options around town. The house was huge, with accommodations for a large group. I will definitely be renting this property again. We loved our stay and had the best weekend!!

Metamorphoseas is a beautiful property. I love that it was a beach front property. It worked well for my group especially since the majority of the rooms were king suites. The kitchen was very well stocked.

This home is brand new so cleanliness was off the charts. Another exceptional feature: the view. These pics are not misleading - you really do get the most stunning view of the ocean from the home. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool since we visited off season but can’t wait to return to enjoy what looks to be an amazing pool experience .
